3PL sourcing and setup
Outsourcing warehousing and fulfillment works when the partner and the contract fit your business. We assess and select third-party logistics (3PL) providers, run the proposal process and negotiate the contract. Then we design your logistics network and set up warehousing and distribution with the provider you choose. This is a one-off setup; ongoing logistics management is available separately.
