Engineering
Many consumer products need more than one type of engineering to get right. We produce the detailed technical designs, drawings and specifications in the disciplines your product calls for, from mechanical and electrical to firmware and process engineering. You get one coordinated engineering package instead of managing several specialists.
Who it’s for
- Your product combines mechanical parts, electronics or software and needs engineering across them.
- You have a concept but not the technical drawings and specifications a manufacturer needs.
- You are adding electronics, a circuit board or firmware to an existing product.
What you get
- Detailed design and analysis, including technical designs, drawings and specifications.
- Engineering in the disciplines your product requires, which can include structural, mechanical and electrical engineering; electronics and printed circuit board (PCB) design; software and firmware development; and process and chemical engineering.
Not included
- Implementation of the recommendations, which is quoted separately if you want us to do it.
- Any success fee, which is agreed up front in your proposal.
- Third-party costs (for example component samples, lab testing or certification).
Third-party costs, taxes and expenses are billed separately unless your proposal states otherwise.
